Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://montanolandscaping.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services. Montano Landscaping provides Landscaping Company, Residential Landscaping, Commercial Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, Lawn Care, Tree Trimming, Tree Removal, Landscape Design and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Montano Landscaping (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Montano Landscaping may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Montano Landscaping disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Montano Landscaping's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Montano Landscaping harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under AZ law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in AZ for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
